4. Purpose of the service
ProfitBox offers: (i) sourcing-opportunity "sheets" — a decision-support aid for professional sellers operating on online marketplaces, in particular Amazon FBA, containing product references, prices observed at third-party retailers and quantified estimates (ROI, sales, fees); (ii) a digital training (PDF guide) introducing selling on Amazon; and (iii) an affiliate programme. ProfitBox does not sell the referenced products, holds no stock and does not take part in the transactions concluded between the user, the source retailers and the marketplaces. 5. Payment
Online payments are processed by our provider Lemon Squeezy (Lemon Squeezy, LLC), acting as reseller and party liable for VAT (Merchant of Record). Card data is collected and processed directly by this provider and never passes through our servers.
6. Intellectual property
All the elements making up the site and the sheets (text, formatting, methodology, logo, quantified content) are protected by intellectual property law and remain the exclusive property of the publisher. Any reproduction, distribution, resale or redistribution, in whole or in part, without prior written authorisation, is prohibited. The sheets are provided for the buyer's personal and professional use; sharing or reselling them to third parties is forbidden.
7. Liability
The sheets are provided for information and decision-support purposes. The data reflects the state of the market at the time of verification and is liable to change (price, stock, availability, Amazon ranking). The publisher applies checks to ensure the accuracy of the data at the delivery date, but cannot guarantee a commercial result: final performance depends on the user's execution (buying speed, resale price applied, account eligibility, marketplace conditions). The user remains solely responsible for their purchase and resale decisions, as well as for compliance with retailer and marketplace rules.

10. Governing law and disputes
